細(xì)胞表面標(biāo)志物PCR芯片可用于分析與細(xì)胞表面標(biāo)志物水平有關(guān)的84個(gè)關(guān)鍵基因的表達(dá)。這些標(biāo)志物已經(jīng)應(yīng)用于以下研究：1）測(cè)定白細(xì)胞在癌癥組織中的浸潤(rùn)程度；2）診斷慢性炎性疾病，如動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化、哮喘、腸炎和關(guān)節(jié)炎；3）確定T細(xì)胞/B細(xì)胞系和單克??；4）測(cè)定白細(xì)胞數(shù)量從而定疾病的階段，發(fā)生、發(fā)展或預(yù)后；5）分析免疫浸潤(rùn)的原因及其與器官排異反應(yīng)的關(guān)系。通過(guò)實(shí)時(shí)定量PCR的方法，研究者即能夠利用該芯片簡(jiǎn)單可靠地同時(shí)檢測(cè)細(xì)胞表面標(biāo)志物相關(guān)基因的表達(dá)。
