細(xì)胞能動性PCR芯片可用于分析參與細(xì)胞運(yùn)動的84個關(guān)鍵基因的表達(dá)。許多細(xì)胞依賴細(xì)胞運(yùn)動開展生物過程,如發(fā)育、感染和損傷反應(yīng)。生物刺激如生長因子的釋放,會誘導(dǎo)特定的細(xì)胞遷移,從而使激活肌動蛋白細(xì)胞骨架。肌動蛋白細(xì)胞骨架受Rho GTPase家庭調(diào)控,能介導(dǎo)細(xì)胞的運(yùn)動,或影響成熟細(xì)胞發(fā)育過程,如軸突。細(xì)胞能通過粘附蛋白運(yùn)動,從血管內(nèi)皮的間質(zhì)白細(xì)胞的滾動遷移,到沿著細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)的成纖維細(xì)胞的運(yùn)動,都是通過黏附蛋白發(fā)生的。這一芯片包含了生長因子和受體趨化的重要受體基因,參與Rho家族信號通路的粘附分子基因,以及編碼各種細(xì)胞組件的基因。通過實(shí)時定量PCR的方法,研究者即能夠利用該芯片簡單可靠地同時檢測細(xì)胞能動性相關(guān)基因的表達(dá)。
