The Human Growth Factors RT2 Profiler? PCR Array profiles the expression of 84 genes related to growth factors. Growth factors play a vital role in various normal biological processes such as embryogenesis, wound healing and inflammation. This array contains angiogenic growth factors and regulators of apoptosis. Genes involved in cell differentiation are included as well. Also represented are genes related to embryonic development as well as genes involved in tissue-specific development. Using real-time PCR, you can easily and reliably analyze expression of a focused panel of genes related to the growth factors with this array.
生長因子PCR芯片檢測84個與生長因子相關基因的表達。生長因子在如胚胎發(fā)育、傷口愈合和炎癥等多種正常生理過程發(fā)揮重要作用。芯片上的基因包括血管生成因子、凋亡調節(jié)因子、調節(jié)細胞分化的基因、胚胎發(fā)育和特定組織發(fā)育有關基因。使用這一芯片試劑盒及配套試劑檢測RNA實驗標本，研究者可以簡單準確的檢測和分析與生長因子相關的基因表達。
